School’s Out – Updates

Okay, so school just got out like three days ago for me, and summer’s ahead. I love summer.

I’ve decided that I should start using my blog again; I never really stopped, I just haven’t had the time to update it. My junior year was the most busiest school year of my life, I do believe…Oh my gosh, I can’t believe it…Anyways, summer’s here and I am really really hoping that I will have time to enjoy and relax. I doubt it, but you never know.

I just went through my entire blog and updatted every single post. There are now little lines next to introductions to posts and everything is just a touch more uniform and organized, how I like it. Going through my whole blog and reading my past…makes me miss everything so much. I miss Magic Pens, and my old blog, and I wish I had transferred over all of the comments. I missed quite a few, but I got most, so it’s okay. I also really hope that I will come to love this new blog just as much as my old and that I will get some more readers. In Magic Pens I was used to having anywhere from 5-10 readers on each post and receiving many comments and feeback. This blog barely gets 5 pageviews at all and I am left to feel so alone… :\

I plan to post some more essays I wrote over this year, make some more minor updates, and perhaps start creative writing again!

New Story Breakthrough?

All right, I have been sitting here at my computer for about 3 hours, just thinking. I think that I might have come up with a great new story combining some of the ideas that I have had for a while, including the ones shared in my It all Started with the Bushes… post. I am still working out some of the kinks and such, but I will hopefully get the first chapter of it posted soon. That would be so awesome!

Random Story Thoughts

All day I have been coming up with some ideas for some stories, so I am going to follow Mr. Gifford’s instructions and scribble a few of them down because I don’t actually have the time to write. (I have to babysit from 6:00AM-5:00PM tomorrow, and yes, that means that I can’t make it to Matt’s party.) These are all separate thoughts for separate stories and will not entirely make sense to you…

New Leap Year Story?

All right…I was talking with my dad and subjects changed and linked on and on until we reached birthdays on September 11. We were talking about how we knew two people with a birthday then, and then went on to other strange days to have a birthday. Of course, having a birthday on February 29, the Leap Year day, came up. Just then, I explained that perhaps a person from the future had somehow set up a time-travel organization thing with Leap Year, and then burst out, (as I frequently do,) “I should write a story about it!” Sometimes I actually do end up writing the story which leads to some strange stuff that I have on my blog such as The War Had Begun.

So, I may actually think of a cool plot to go with my strange idea and actually write a story about it. That would be cool!

Layout: Troubles Fixed

I had just logged on to Magic Pens at the school today and on my other home computer which I rarely ever use today, and found that my header picture was being cut in half. I figured out why this was happening and fixed the problem, but I would like to ask. Are there any problems with my blog? Were you viewing the header how it was supposed to be or was it cut in half for you too?

Travel the Stars!

Okay, first off, please try out my True or False post before this. Once I get enough people guessing, I will post the answers.

Next, I have a new layout! Of course you’ve already noticed, but I’ve finished. I really like the layout this time, but of course I say that every time I make a new layout, and then I get bored of it and make another one. Anyways, this layout, (if you haven’t already noticed,) is kind of space and stars themed. I’ve got the starry background with my fursona, hyperwires, jumping over my blog, somewhat shattering it or something in the header and stars all over the place. The comments are star-themed, along with the Search Button and the Search Form, and the music is Clocks by Coldplay, one of my favorite songs. There’s also some star dividers and pictures here and there…I hope that you all like it!

Layout: Under Construction

Okay…I decided to do a new layout, and I’m kind of messing around with it right now, testing out different things. It is most likely under construction as you read this…I’ll get on it later. I’ve got to do chores, take a shower, and get some sleep for school tomorrow. Ugh…

New Layout Soon?

I was thinking recently that my layout now is kind of getting boring…That’s a little odd since when I first put it up, I thought it was the most awesome layout, (not ever, but pretty awesome,) and now it’s just not that cool. I think that I might create a new layout for my blog which might actually inspire me to write more. Yah! Let’s hope for the best! Anyways, I’m not sure when it will be done, (if done at all,) because I have a lot of other requests and such from other people that I still have to do… Gah!

Title…

I think that I have thought it all through and have a new story in my head now! I have it all figured out, it’s totally awesome, and now I just need some characters and a title…The title part is really bugging me.

It all Started with the Bushes…

I am having a great deal of difficulty trying to figure out this new story that I have been thinking of for a very long time…I have a few scenes in mind, but there are no characters, no story, no title…basically nothing. I need to carve out some characters and maybe then I will be able to get a storyline going or something. The title of this post may seem confusing, but I understand it and it’s hard to explain…Gaah! I want to write!
